Beim diesjährigen Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) hat Baz Luhrmanns „EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert“ knapp die Poleposition bei der Publikumswahl verpasst. Der Film erreichte beim People's Choice Documentary Award den zweiten Platz, knapp hinter dem Gewinner „The Road Between Us: The Ultimate Rescue“ von Regisseur Barry Avrich.
